Thelma Davis, 77, of White Pine, passed away Monday, March 27.
She was preceded in death by her beloved grandson, Joshua Wayne Davis.
She is survived by her son, John P. Davis of White Pine; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Tina Davis, Watkinsville, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Charles and Margie Woody of White Pine; brother, Hal Phillips of Hartford; sisters, Iva Phillips of Newport, Ailene Messer of Cosby, Fern McFalls of Cosby, and Shirley Sweeten of Morristown; six grandchildren, Kenneth, Michael, Jason and Travis Woody, Kimberly Price, and Jennifer Davis; and two great-grandchildren, Angel and Cece Woody.
The funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home, West Chapel, with Rev. Berney Cagle officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Phillips Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday prior to the funeral at Manes Funeral Home.
Manes Funeral Home is in charge.
