She was preceded in death by her husband, John Winter; son, Rick Winter, parents, Frank and Anna Mae Shelton; and brother, Edgar Shelton. She is survived by her sons, Bob (Carol Hicks) Winter of Parrottsville; Johnny “Chip” Winter (Jeanie Reed) of Greene County; daughter, Pat (Ron) Bonnett of Greeneville; sisters, Barbara Ottinger, Midland, Georgia, Frankie Bowers, of Greeneville, TN, Janice Williams of Newport; grandchildren, Christopher Easterly, of Greeneville, Leslie (Shawn) Roberts, Parrottsville, Johnny Winter, of Parrottsville; great-grandchildren, Macy Roberts, Molly Roberts, Tristan Easterly and Katelynn Easterly; also several nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday, May 19, 2016 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Paula Smith, officiating. Burial will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 20, 2016 in St. James Lutheran Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
