In order to be honored, the soldier must have served in active combat duty during the last year. The honoree was the family of AW F1 E6 Scott Heath Rhodes. Rhodes recently returned from Iraq and was in Hawaii with his wife and children. His family accepted the award. From left are Army Capt.
