He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Aubrey and Judith Nease , of Gatlinburg, and Wayne and Robyn Nease , of Newport; daughters and sons-in-law, Ida Dean and Nelson Williams, of Newport, and Wilma and Ron Smith, of Bryson City, N.C.; half-sister, Anna Carolyn McKinney, of Newport; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Webb officiating with burial 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Union Cemetery.
