Kelley, 47, of Del Rio, went to be with his Lord Thursday, October 18, 2001, at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County. He was employed by Hates Inc. in Jefferson City and was a member of Del Rio First Church of God. Mr. Kelley also served in the U.S. Marines. His brother, Randy Jess Kelley, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Paulette Rogers Kelley, of Del Rio; son, Travis Wayne Kelley; and daughter, Ginger Nicole Kelley, both of Del Rio; parents, Haskell J. and Cora L. Kelley, of Del Rio; sisters, Vonda Strom and her husband, Wade , of Del Rio and Carolyn Ensley and her husband, James, of Hot Springs, NC; brother, Chuck Dwayne Kelley, of Del Rio. Mr. Kelley will also be missed by several nieces and nephews and a host of special friends. Funeral service was Saturday, October 20, 2001, at 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Ashley officiating. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside service will be Sunday, October 21, at 2 p.m. at Moore Cemetery at Del Rio.
