She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Ball; parents, Noah and Kate Pack; step-mother, Althea Pack; brother, Frank Pack and sister-in-law, Irolla Pack. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Marilyn Ball and Tommy and Tracy Ball all of Newport; daughter Debra Ball Carbaugh of Knoxville; brothers and sisters-in-law, J. C. and Peggy Pack of Cosby, Everette and Irene Pack of Del Rio; brother, Jack Pack of Del Rio; sister and brother-in-law, Gladys and Joe Frank Turner of Del Rio; sister-in-law, Clairene Pack of Del Rio; grandchildren, Robert Houston Carbaugh, Travis Carbaugh and Nathan Carbaugh of Knoxville; Kirby Ball, Shawna Ball, Dustin Ball and Cidney Ball all of Newport; and a host of other special family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, September 6, 2012 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bobby Napier and Rev. Max Phillips officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am Friday, September 7, 2012 in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Sand Hill. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
