Frank (Frankie) Pack, Jr., age 50 of Newport went to be with the Lord Friday May 26, 2006. Frankie worked for the City of Newport and was a constable in the 6th district. He also worked in the Pit crew for L.D. Ottinger. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Pack Sr. He survived by his mother, Clararenc (Woody) Pack of Del Rio; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Melissa and Tim Strom of Del Rio, Linda and Randy Reed of Hot Springs; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Dennis and Denise Pack of Houston, TX and Darrell and LuCindy Pack of Newport; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends survive Frankie. The family will receive friends Sunday May 28, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Bill Murr and Rev. Tois Seay officiating. Graveside service will be conducted Monday May 29, 2006 at 11 o'clock at Clark Cemetery (Deep Gap). Brown Funeral Home has been honored to provide the final arrangements for Mr. Frank Pack, Jr.
