He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Richard and Kathy Mills of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Steven and Robin Mills of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Grandchildren Mark Mills, Sheena Prior, Serena Heid (Joshua), Steven Mills II (Brittany). Great grandchildren Lillian Prior, Madelynn Prior, Abbee Prior, and Allie Heid. Graveside will be 2 p. m. Sunday at The Union Cemetery with the Rev. Martin Stump officiating. Friends may call from 1 p. m. until 2 p. m. prior to the service at the Brown Funeral Home.
