Sandra was a devoted member of Newport Presbyterian Church and a member of the Newport Business Women’s Club. She was preceded in death by her parents Ruble D. and Betty C. Williams. She is survived by her husband David M. Hogan of Newport, son Thomas Hogan of Harriman, granddaughter Katherine Hudson of Powell, brother David C. (Linda) Williams of Atlanta, nephews Jason Williams, Kent Hogan, Allen Cowan, and Chris Cowan, nieces Angela Williams and Angie Hogan, brother-in-law Eddie Hogan, sister-in-law Nancy Abel, and special friend Carol Brace. Following her request, Sandra will be cremated. The family is planning a memorial service for a later date. The family has requested any donations be made to Alzheimer’s research.
