Mrs. Bryant was born in Cocke County Tenn. on June 14, 1911 to the late Mary Seay and D.C. Woody. She was a member of the Newport Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Liston Bryant; brothers, Crawford Woody, Ray Woody, and Paul Woody; sister, Eulaphine Woody. She is survived by her son, Harold Ross Henley; grandson and wife, Phillip Irwin Henley and Sherrie; great grandsons, Donovan Ross and Jonathan Bailey Henley; sisters, Ethel Woody Moore, Arlevia Woody Wall, Clararene Woody Pack and her husband, Frank; brother, Luther Woody and his wife, Audrey; sister in law, Mary "M.E." Woody; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Mildred Moorefield, Mary "M.E." Woody, and Martha Alexander. Funeral services will be at 9:45 a.m. Saturday May 12, 2001 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Oaks officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery. The family will receive close friends from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2001 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
