Daughters and sons-in-law Teresa and Gary Payne of Del Rio; Kathy Kelley (Arlow) of Mosheim; Carol and Tony Webb of Del Rio; Brenda and Bryan Dockery of Sevierville; Michelle and Eugene Tallent of Sevierville; Sharon and Shane Barger of Telford; Son Shannon Stokely of Johnson City. Brother and sister-in-law Buck and Karen Kelley of Newport. Sisters and brothers-in-law Phyllis and Olson Seay of Del Rio; Wilma and Earl Seay of Knoxville. Grandchldren and grandchildren-in-law Whitney and Andrew Scarberry Findlay, OH; Kerry Webb of Del Rio; Aiden and Emma Barger of Telford.
