- David Richardson was a yeoman, and lived at Wills Hill, in what was then
Danvers. His name occurs in a petition, with twenty-three others, dated 28
February 1726/1727, addressed to the parish, asking for an abatement of their
tax for the salary of Rev. Peter Clark, of Danvers, for the reason that they
now had preaching in their own neighborhood, afterwards incorporated 20 June,
1728, as part of Middleton.
His will is dated 5 April 1748; proved 15 August, 1748. Inventory, forty-five
acres of land with the buildings thereon.
