Survivors, wife, Ruth Alene McClanahan Branton, son, Terry Cecil Branton, daughter and son in law, April Ruth and Derek Guinn, all of Walland, grandchildren, Asia, Ayla, Athena, Logan, Craig, brothers and sisters in law, Elmer and Sandra Branton of Lenior City, Jack and Sara Branton of Greer, SC, several step brothers and step sisters, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 pm Wednesday October 17, 2007 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Dr. Horace Brown and Rev. Jeff Hickman officiating.
