McCOY, MARY HOWARD COCKRUM - age 54, formerly of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2001 in West Donegal Township, Penn. She was a member of City View Baptist Church. Mrs. McCoy was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Howard; several aunts and uncles; and two nephews.
She leaves behind, her husband, David McCoy; beloved son, Jeremy S. Cockrum and wife, Pam, with their beautiful son, Lucas Dylan Cockrum; beloved daughter, Alishia P. Liston and husband, Christopher B. Liston and their two wonderful and loving children, Coby Austin and Bryana Paige Liston; she also leaves her mother, Ila Lucille Howard; brothers, Charles Howard, and Jimmy Howard and his wife, Donna; sisters, and brothers in law, Barbara and Harold Thornburg, Martha and Charles England, Doris and Ralph McCarter, Rose Clevinger, and Nina and Stu Vogel; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. McCoy is at Highland Memorial Funeral Home, 5315 Kingston Pike, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Highland South Cemetery with Rev. Gene Leamon officiating. Arrangements by Highland Memorial Funeral Home, 588-0567.
