He was of the Baptist faith. He was retired from Charles Blalock and Sons where he had worked for many years. Among his hobbies were history, flying airplanes, reading and making people laugh. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert “Bob” and Addie Allen. Survivors: Wife: Shirley M.
