Survivors: sister, Juanita Whaley Price of Sevierville; several nieces and nephews; caregiver and companion, Ruby Osborne; several children and grandchildren of Ruby Osborne, and a host of family and friends. Family and friends will meet at New Gray Cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday for graveside services at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
