Survivors include his Children: Gary Brackins and wife Pat, Rick Brackins, Tammy Miller, Cathy Douglas and husband Scott, Jimmy Miller and wife Cathy, Candy Brown and husband Jerry, Jerry Shults and wife Estella, Tracy McGill and husband David; sisters, Mildred Huskey and Nan Whaley; 22 Grandchildren and 30 Great-grandchildren The family will receive friends 2-4 PM Saturday with a funeral service to follow at 4 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
