She was a member of Smithwood Baptist Church in Sevierville and was preceded in death by her husband Jesse Ball; parents, John and Elizabeth Ramsey; son, Jim Ball and daughter, Mary Ruth Monhollen. She is survived by a granddaughter and great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law and husband, Angie and Jim Christian; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Charley Bailey and Yvonne Fain. The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to Mrs. Ball’s friends and family at Sevier County Health Care Center. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Saturday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Pete Yoakum officiating.
