Eldon Eugene Walker, 25, of Del Rio, went to be with his Lord Saturday, August 11, 2001 at the Baptist Hospital of Cocke County.
He attended Round Mountain Baptist Church. He is survived by his father, Dallas Walker, and step-mother, Jane Walker, of Newport, mother, Debbie Rundell, half brothers, Blake Shane Walker and his wife, Rhonda, and Rusty Walker, all of Newport. Half sister, Crystal Walker, of Newport, very special grandmother, Vista Walker, of Del Rio.
Two special great uncles, Paul Willis and Ephraim Willis, special great aunt, Kathleen Willis Tobly, of Bybee, two uncles and two aunts, two nieces and one nephew, special friends, Rollen and Peggy Williams, of Ringgold, Georgia and Kenny Burgin, of Del Rio.
Mr. Walker will also be missed by several great uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, August 14, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Marshall and Rev. Mike Elkins officiating. Interment will follow at Clark Cemetery at Deep Gap.
The family received friends Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Brown Funeral Home has been honored to provide the final arrangements for Eldon Eugene Walker.
