Served in WW II and was in the Philippine Invasion. Was an avid hunter and fisherman. Preceded in death by wife, Lela Lindsey and seven brothers, Charles, Ben, Ed, PL, Roy, Pearl, and Bill Lindsey. Survivors Sister-in-law: Mary Pollard Brother-in-law & sister-in-law: Gardner & Lucille Clabo Sister-in-law: Ruby Countiss Numerous nieces & nephews Service Funeral service 2:00 PM Thursday, Berry Chapel, Rev. Tom Ballard officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
