Troy (Toddy) Worley, 64, of Del Rio, went to be with the Lord suddenly Monday, July 23, 2001, at his residence.
He was a farmer and a Baptist by faith.
His parents, Tony and Lora Ford Worley; son, Tony E. Worley; sisters, Olveda Marlar, Cynthia Miller and Mary Moore; brothers, Carl Worley, and three infant brothers, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Worley, of Del Rio; daughters, April Worley and Sarah A. Worley, both of Del Rio; son, Troy D. Worley, of Del Rio; sisters, Ruby Cureton and her husband, Leroy, of Parrottsville; Lennie Seay and her husband, Ralph, of Newport; brothers, Roy Worley, of Parrottsville, and W.B. Worley, of Del Rio. Mr. Worley will also be missed by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at 8 p.m., at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arthur Willis officiating. Interment will be Thursday morning, July 26, 2001, at 10 a.m. at Ford Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, July 25, 2001, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., prior to the service.
Brown Funeral Home has been honored to provide the final arrangements for Mr. Troy (Toddy) Worley.
