Pink J. Jennings, age 79 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday morning March 14, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was of the Baptist faith. He was born at Metcalf Bottoms in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. He was a long time employee of formerly Cherokee Lumber Co. Preceded in death by parents, William L. and Anna L. Maples Jennings, sister, Wanda Campbell and three infant siblings. Survivors, wife, Judy Kay Watson Jennings, brother and sister in law, Rev. Dean and Virginia Jennings of Maryville, sisters, Dorothy Jennings Lovin of Knoxville, Betty J. Campbell of Alcoa, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 PM Friday Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, Rev. Carl White and Rev. J.D. Nuchols officiating. Family and friends will meet at Russell Cemetery at 2:00 PM Saturday for the interment service. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville. www.millerfuneralhome.org
