Raymond C. "Cotton" Kerr, age 79 of Sevierville, passed away Monday, December 2, 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Mr. Kerr was a member of Millican Grove Baptist Church where he was a trustee. He retired from AT&T and from Walters State Community College where he worked in the Maintenance Department. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He loved to hang out at the market with his friends and drink coffee and he also enjoyed watching football and NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Deloris Wilhoite Kerr; parents, Mack and Nora Jane Kerr; brother, McKinnley and McKenzie, W.C. Kenneth "John" Kerr; sisters, Anah Lewelling and Lois Campbell.

Daughters and sons-in-law: Alesia and David O'Shields, Teresa and Mike Hall, Robin Kerr
Grandchildren: Lara O'Shields, Chris Hall and wife Nicole, Seth O'Shields, Nicklas Hall, Matt, Kadence and Ethan Hall

Funeral service 7 PM Wednesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, with Rev. David Wilson, Rev. Bill Barnes and Rev. David Ray officiating.
