He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Earl and JoAnn Benson, of Cosby; daughters, Judy Stewart, of Dandridge, and Nora Fain, of Newport; daughters-in-law, Gerald Dean Benson and Roenia Baxter, of Cosby; grandchildren, Jonathan Burgess, of Newport, Christy Benson, of Cosby, Terry Fain, of Newport, Billy Ray Fain, of Niagara Falls, NY, and Gary Hughes, of Kingsport; grand­children and their spouses, Junior and Donna Charlene Price and Carl and Jodi Self, of Cosby; great-grandchil­dren, Jordan Self, of Cosby, Dustin Williamson, of Newport, Porsha Hembree, of Cosby, Christopher Ball, of Cosby, and Brittany Fain, of Niagara Falls, NY; special thanks to the Jefferson County Nursing Home.
