He is survived by his mother, Vamila Mikie Harai, of Cosby; seven children, Mitchell "Ray" Presnell Jr., Michael and wife Nicole Presnell, of Cosby; Scott Daniel and wife Alaina Presnell, of Dandridge; Sabrina Lynn Clevenger, Myra Passhon Presnell, and Mitchell Ray Presnell II, of Greeneville; sisters, Ruby and husband Tommy McGaha, Patricia and husband Don Spurgeon, Chester Presnell and friend Tammy Brown, Darrell and wife Marietta Presnell, Lindsey and Chandra Presnell,all of Cosby; Kathy and Martin Farmer and Reba Jane Allen, of Loudon; and step-sister, Dalemarie Burke, of Bybee. Mitchell will also be sadly missed by his six grandchildren and a very special friend, Edna Heck, of Jefferson City; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 3, 2007, from 12 - 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Milburn Shelton and the Rev.
