Mrs. Ruby Ester McGaha, age 65, of Cosby, passed away at her home Sunday, March 31, 2013, after battling cancer. She was preceded in death by her father, Estel Presnell; brothers, Mitchell Presnell and Darrell Presnell; nieces Tabatha Presnell and Marie Presnell. She is survived by her husband, Tommy McGaha; daughter Marsha Green Grooms; son-in-law, Harold Grooms; son Roy McGaha and daughter-in-law, Kerrie McGaha; son Chad McGaha and daughter-in-law; Marlene McGaha; daughter Ashley McGaha Moore and son-in-law Josh Moore; grandchildren, Dustin (Ashley) Davis, Jared McGaha, Dakota McGaha, Whitney Black, Austin McGaha, Bralyn McGaha, Tessa McGaha, Brylee Moore, Brayden Moore, Kolby Grooms, Brynli Moore; and great grandson, Kyler Davis all of Cosby; mother, Vamila Harai of Cosby; sisters, Trisha (Don) Spurgeon of Newport; Kathy Presnell of Loudon, Janie Allen of Cosby; brothers, Chester Presnell (Tammy Brown) of Cosby, Lindsey (Chandra) Presnell of Cosby; and a very special great-niece, Megan Spencer and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Doug Messer officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in Jenkins Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
