James (Jim) Alexander Sarchet of Crosby, TX was born September 1, 1942 to Nicholas and Ida Mae Sarchet in Mechanicstown, Ohio. Jim went to be with the Lord on May 11, 2011. He retired from Lyondell Citgo of Pasadena after 27 years of service and was a member of Pace International Union local #4-227 #264. He is preceded in death by his father, mother, and grandson, Roger E Humphrey. He is survived by his loving wife Sandra Sarchet , brothers Jack Sarchet of Ava Missouri, Gary Sarchet of Cleveland, Daughter Debra Humphrey of Cleveland, Terry Sanitz and husband Merlin of Huffman, daughter Brandy Broussard and husband Dale of Cleveland, Son Matthew Watson of Crosby, Son Cpl. Paul Zellner of Crosby, Daughter Sarah McLane and husband Kody of Baytown, Grandchildren Merlin Sanitz Jr., Eric French, Amanda Hawks, Michael Humphrey, Elizabeth Sanitz, Tara Broussard, Floyd Dale Broussard Jr., Aubrey McLane, Kheagan McLane, Great grandchildren Gavyn French, Payton Hawks, Ashtyn French, and Garrett Sanitz. He loved his friends from Waffle House in Pasadena and Iguana Joes in Crosby. He also will be missed by his faithful hound dog Akima. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 pm, Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Rosewood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2 pm, Monday, May 16, 2011 in Rosewood Humble Chapel, interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park.
