February 4, 1922 - January 28, 2015 McCarter, Frances Elaine (Robinson), age 92 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Frances was a member of Graystone Presbyterian Church and attended Sevier Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Luther and Sue Robinson; husband, Chauncey McCarter; son, Thomas McCarter; grandson, John Matthew McCarter. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Joe and Kaye McCarter, David McCarter, John and Carol McCarter; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Sue and Joe Goss and Judy and Claude Merritt; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many friends. Family will receive friends Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 12:00-2:00pm at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm with Rev. Tom King officiating. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Condolences may be offered at www.berryfuneralhome.com.
