Survivors: wife, Nell Brackett Jarrett; son, Gary Jarrett of Greeneville, Tenn.; step children, Deke Brackett of Knoxville, Jim Brackett and wife, Gladys of Seymour, Shirley Smelcher of Knoxville; sister, Mary Garland of Roan Mountain, Tenn. and several nieces and nephews of Roan Mountain, Tenn. Funeral services 8 p.m. Saturday Lynnhurst Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Bruce Robinson officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Sunday in Lynnhurst Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be member of the Couples Sunday school class of West Lonsdale Baptist Church.
