Joe Richard Trentham age 75 of Sevierville, TN. Went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at his home in the Walden’s Creek area. He was retired from the City of Pigeon Forge and was active for many years in the Sevier County Rescue Squad and the Walden’s Creek Volunteer Fire Department. He was a dedicated Christian who strongly loved the Lord. Joe is preceded in death by his wife, Grace Trentham; parents: Richard and Anner Trentham. Survivors include his children, son: Robert Trentham and wife, Sandra of Sevierville, daughter: Linda Moore and husband, Roy of Gatlinburg; grandchildren: Phillip Moore and wife, Laura of Seymour, Mark Moore of Gatlinburg and many extended family and friends. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the Rawlings Funeral Home. Services will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2007 in the chapel of the Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Clay, Rev. Ronnie Beeler and Rev. Edward Adams officiating. Family and friends will gather at the Rawlings Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Friday December 21, 2007 to travel in procession to the Valley View Cemetery for the interment service at 11:00 AM Members of the Waldens Creek Volunteer Fire Department and Sevier County Rescue Squad will serve as honorary pallbearers.
