Ruth Kelly Webb, age 95 of Gatlinburg, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016. She was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Gatlinburg and was retired from the Natural History Association of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Ms. Webb was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Dicie Kelly, her husband Bill Webb, her son Philip Webb and four brothers.
She is survived by her daughter Becky Webb and husband Mick; grandsons, Jason Webb and wife Monica, Todd Webb; great-granddaughter, Kelly Michelle Webb; nieces and nephew, Melanie McCarter, Marge Hoopergardner and Pat Kelly.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Burcham officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Friday in Shiloh Cemetery for graveside service and interment. Online condolences may be made at www.atchleyfuneralhome.com
