He is survived by his parents, Dale and Pat Phillips; nephew Andy Phillips; aunts Brenda (Buddy) Reese of Coldwater, MS, and Nora Fain; cousins Rev. Glen (Gail) Bradley, Bert (Jena) Bradley, Chet (Janene) Bradley, Ray (Gloria) Fain and Terry Fain. He will be cremated, as was his wish. The family will have a graveside service at Union Cemetery at a later date with Rev. Glen Bradley officiating.
