She was a member of Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded by her father, Powell Holt; and sister, Patricia Holt. She is survived by her husband, David Holt; daughters, Sheila (Roy) Shults of Newport; Stephanie (Scott) Erickson of Knoxville; Amanda (Norman) Price of Newport; mother, Betty Louise Holt of Newport; stepchildren, Anthony (Amanda) Holt of Newport; Heather (Chad) Williams of Dandridge; Candice Clevenger of Dandridge; brother, Allen (Wanda) Holt of Newport; sister, Judy Thomas (Ronald Frazier) of Newport; grandchildren, Ethan and Kyle Shults, Mallory and Michael Price, Rachael, Casey, Ivan and Olivia Erickson, Adam, Aaron and Allie Holt, Jackson, Zachary and Kate Williams; Brook and Kent Clevenger, Harper Rimmer; brothers in law and sisters in law Gary and his wife Kathy Holt, Michael and Lesa Holt, Patrick and Jennifer holt all of Newport several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm THURSDAY, February 13, 2014 at Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm FRIDAY, February 14, 2014 at Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Robert Samples officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
