She was preceded in death by her husband Hollis (Frosty) Carrell; son, Kerry Dale Carrell; parents, William Oscar and Mabel Ruth Hartsell; sisters, Myra Ball and Eloise Crumb. She is survived by her special nephew and caregiver, Jeff (Fud) Ball of Newport and also several other nieces, nephews and their families. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Parrish officiating. Burial will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 13, 2011 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturday prior to funeral service.
