He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Lee Shelton; grandparents, Lawrence and Annie Nichols and Ethel Stokely; and mother-in-law, Panda Gregg. He is survived by his wife, Stacy Gregg Shelton of Del Rio; mother and stepfather, Willena and Curtis Holt of Bybee; brothers, Thomas Lee Shelton and Timothy Lynn Shelton, both of Bybee; sister and brother-in-law, Lorie Ann and Barry Jones of Concord, North Carolina; niece, Samantha Leeann Shelton; nephew, Timothy Lynn Shelton II, both of Bybee; special friend, Willie Webb of Newport; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arthur Willis officiating, with burial in the Suggs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bryan Gregg, Randall Gregg, Thomas Lee Shelton, Timothy Lynn Shelton, Willie Webb, and David Nichols.
