U.S. Veteran Eual J. Wilson, age 91, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Margaret Wilson; brothers, Conway and Estel Wilson; sisters, Ardith Dixon, Georgia Bryant, Norma Wood, Marjorie Wilson, Bonnie Wilson and Artel Click. He is survived by his wife, Maudella Wilson; sons, Jimmy (Doris), Larry (Anita), Paul, Billy (Casandra), and Darius; daughters, Linda, Treva Jean (Sam), Debra (Tim); grandchildren, Stacy, Tracy, Tony, Jody, Timmy, Jackie, Jamie, Johnny Paul, Toby, Tabatha, Nicole, Josh, Cassaundra, Crysti, Travis, Seth, Johnathan, Michael, Eli, T.J., Courtney and Jared.; forty-seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; also other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Randall Freeman and Rev. Kris Brady officiating. Burial will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, July 23, 2017 in the Bryant Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services Family and friends may sign the guest register on line at: www.manesfuneralhome.com.
