Lillie N. Willis, age 85, of Parrottsville, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a dedicated Christian lady and member of the Brown’s Chapel Church in Parrottsville. She was preceded in death by parents, John Mark and Hattie Jennings; two infant brothers and one infant sister; sisters, Kate Wilhoit, Evelean Hensley Self, Anna Ruth Johnson and Lura Morrow; great granddaughter, Delaney Voyles; and brother-in-laws, Kenneth Willis and Eugene Yates, Guy Wilhoit and Carmon Hensley. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clyde Willis of Parrottsville; daughters, Kathy (Larry) Brooks of Custer, Kentucky and Connie (Randall) Frisbee of Parrottsville; brother, Paul (Zola) Jennings of Parrottsville; sister, Zura (Fred, Jr.) Huff of Parrottsville; grandchildren, Josh (Olivia) Brooks of Custer, Kentucky, and Laura (Jared) Voyles of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, Emily Brooks of Custer, Kentucky, and Dr. Jason Frisbee of Parrottsville; great grandchildren, Joseph and Bo Brooks and Makenah and Jace Beckett Voyles; brother-in-laws, Herman (Christine) Willis, Rev. Arthur (Barbara) Willis, Paul (Doris) Willis, Orville (Donna) Willis, Luther (Shirley) Willis and Boyd Morrow; sister-in-laws, Bernice (Edward) Manning, Pearl (Charles) Parton, Nellie (Walter) Johnson, Tennie Lou Yates and Rachel (Boyce) Williams; special cousins, Jerry Jennings, Shirley and Frances Willis; special neighbors, Joey and Beatrice Cagle; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to say a special “Thank You” to Smoky Mtn. Hospice, especially Jeff Grigsby and Bessie Brown; caregivers, Mozella Ford, Sarah Smith and Linda Green. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, March 16, 2015 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Donald Yates and Rev. Bill Murr officiating. Music provided by Shirley Willis and the Jennings Family. Burial will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in the Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 Monday prior to funeral service. Pallbearers will be, Josh Brooks, Jason Frisbee, Jared Voyles, Johnny Jennings, Keith Hensley, Jerry Scalf and honorary, Jerry Jennings.
