She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil W. Ellison; parents, George and Ella Jenkins Lynch; sisters, Lena Crittenden and Sara Golden; and brothers, Boyd, Lloyd, Jay, and L.V. Lynch. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Forest and Kathie Ellison and Wayne C. and Joyce Ellison, all of Newport; grandchildren, Curtis Ellison, of Morristown; Michael Ellison, of Newport; Stephen Ellison, of Sevierville; Stacie Gilland, of Newport; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with the Rev. S. Eugene Barker and the Rev. Scott Gorrell officiating. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, January 3, 2008, at Union Cemetery. Brown Funeral Home in charge.
