He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Gregg Willis; brothers, Roy Willis, Ephraim Willis, and Monroe Willis; sisters, Viola Willis Fox, Janette Willis Young, Rachel Willis Fox, Lucy Willis Messer. He is survived by his brother, Paul Willis; sisters, Vista Willis Walker, both of Del Rio, Kathleen Willis Toby of Bybee, Beulah Willis Grigsby and Thelma Willis Hill both of Del Rio; also many other family and friends Special thank you to Newport Health and Rehabilitation Center and Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, May 25, 2017 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel, with Rev. Fred Gregg and Rev. Jackie Caldwell officiating. Burial will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 26, 2017, in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, prior to the funeral services.
