Rachel Willis Fox, age 92, of Del Rio, passed away Friday morning, February 24, 2017 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents James W. and Anna Mae Willis; husband, Lovell Fox and two sons, Larry and Mike Fox; brothers and sisters, Roy, Ephraim and Monroe Willis, Viola Fox, Lucy Messer and Janette Young. She is survived by her sons, Don (Charolette) Fox and Doug Fox and daughter, Debbie Hurt; daughter-in-law, Susie Fox; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She is also survived by brother U.A. and Paul Willis and sisters, Vista Walker, Thelma Hill, Beulah Grigsby and Kathleen Toby and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special thanks to Jeff Grigsby and all the staff of Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice for their excellent care of our Mother. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Manes Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Murr and Rev. Steve Blanchard officiating. Burial will be held at 11:00 am Monday, February 27, 2017 in Deep Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday prior to funeral service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Smoky Mountain Hospice. Family and friends may sign the guest register online at www.manesfuneralhome.com Arrangement by Manes Funeral Home.
