Fielden Albert Arnwine; went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 13, 2007, one month before his 101 birthday. He was a charter member of Southside Baptist Church. He retired after many years of dedicated service to Southern Railroad. He loved the Lord, his family and his church. He always said the most important thing in life is to know where you are going, when you go. Preceded in death by his loving daughter Pam Shipley; parents John and Vesta; brothers and sisters-in-law Arthur and Pearl; Clea and Euadayne, Dewey and Myrtle, Glen and Myrtle, Grady and Ethel, Floyd and Eva, and Isaac. Survived by Hazel, loving wife of 51 years; son-in-law Gary Shipley; granddaughter and grandson-in-law Stephanie and Ryan Milani; and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2007 at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral Service to follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Clarence Gresham officiating. Interment services will be Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 2 p.m. in Highland South Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Gary Shipley, Ryan Milani, Herbert Arnwine, J.C. Arnwine, Charlie Rule, Bill Case and Harold Ogle. Guest book may be signed at www.highlandmemorialparks.com.
