Phillips; step-dad, Beecher Phillips. He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Ball of Newport; sons, Anthony Ball of Lexington and Daryl (Sharon) Brown of Corum, Oklahama; daughter, Joyce Ball of Newport; brother Tony (Donna) Phillips of Cosby; sisters, Tammy (Alvin) Ford and Fonda Phillips all of Cosby; grandchildren, Korey (Michele) Webb, Chace and Jon Webb, Jeremy (Dusty) Brown, Melanie (Chris) Jayden, and Kaytlin (Chris) Brown; great-grandchild, Aria Joy Webb; pets, Chunkie, Fancie, and Meesha; several nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 14, 2016 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Caney Caldwell and Rev. Wayne Wyatt officiating. Burial will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2016 in the Sutton Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm on Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
