LOFTIS, WILMA B. - age 79 of Maryville, died Tuesday, October 31, 2000 at UT Medical Center. She was a member of Everett Hills Baptist Church and was retired from J. C. Penney Company after 26 years of service. Mrs. Loftis was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Loftis and her parents, Harvey and Irisa Burgess.
Survivors include, son & daughter in law, Nelson and Addie Jo Loftis of Maryville, daughters and sons in law, Peggy and Bill Price of Knoxville, Regina and Cleve Miller of Maryville, and Jane and Ricardo Gracia of Knoxville; grandchildren, Melanie Davis, Cindy Brooks, April Loftis, Gary Goin, Justin Loftis, Jeremy Loftis, and Kayla Miller; one great grandchild, Jacob Goin; sister, Bobbie Cupp of Maryville; two nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Allen Raines officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Friday at Grandview Mausoleum for the entombment service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
