She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Nease Fine; parents, Henry and Mary Miller; and grandson, Josh Ellison. She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis (Marshall) McMillian, Pam (Mike) Norwood, Teresa Zoppo, and Rhonda Fine; sons Randy (Effie) Fine; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Wilhite; several nieces and nephews including special niece, Cookie Ramsey. Funeral Service will be at 7:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2016 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Miller officiating. Burial will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family request donation to help with funeral expenses.
