Kenneth “Ken” Whetsell 69 of Sevierville passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Dorothy Whetsell and brother, Lewis Whetsell. Survived by his wife, Barbara Whetsell; children, Randy Whetsell and wife Sue, Steve Murphy and wife Debbie, Tina Miehlke and husband Kurt and Jennifer Hailey and husband Chris, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 at 6:00 pm at Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Adams officiating. The family will receive friends 5-6 pm Monday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: MDA 6408 Papermill Dr. Knoxville, TN 37919.
