Emma Lou McFalls, 56, of Sevierville went home to be with her loved ones that are waiting for her in heaven. She began her glorious journey on Monday, July 19, 2004.
During her life she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant taking care of the people who needed her assistance. Also showing her love for other people she was a member of the Huskey Grove United Methodist Church for many years.
Waiting for Emma to join them are her parents, James Edward and Lela Artie Lamon McFalls, brothers, Ted and Glen McFalls; sister, Peggy Sue McFalls.
Leaving behind to mourn her passing are her children, Shannon Hipps and husband Mike of Powder Springs, GA, Jonathan Chalit Engkaninan of Smyrna, GA, Alicia Artie Fortner and husband James of White, GA; brothers, David L. McFalls, Walter McFalls and wife Fay all of Sevierville; sisters, Dorothy Cole and husband Gerald, Linda Whaley and husband Glen, Virginia Slover and husband Larry, Barbara Whetsell and husband Kenneth all of Sevierville; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Abbey, and Anna Hipps of Powder Springs, GA, Elias and Israel Fortner of White, GA. Besides the immediate family, many relatives, all the patients whose lives she has touched and a host of friends will miss Emma.
Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2004 at Huskey Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jimmy McFalls and Rev. Gerald McFarland officiating. Interment will follow the service at Huskey Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 22 at Rawlings Funeral Home.
