- The will of John P. Mateer, written 9 July 1891, bequeathed all property to his
wife, S. A. Mateer, her lifetime or during her widowhood, forgave the debts of
son William, and left his watch to son Frank "unless he already has one", then
the watch to go to the testator's wife. Executor: son Robert and he also "to
be my successor as Executor of the estate of Robert McClarren Sr., deceased."
