Viola was born in Sevier County, TN on November 16, 1911 to parents, John and Rebecca Fox Layman who preceded her in death. Viola was also preceded in death by her caring and loving husbands, Murray Taylor and C. Lloyd Boley; and by loving sons, Jack Taylor (Infant), Cecil (Buddy) Taylor and Johnny Taylor; step-son, Jimmy Lynn Boley; grandson, Robert Franklin Taylor. She is also preceded in death by five brothers, Ralph, James, Garland and Clyde Layman all of Newport and Billy Layman of New Orleans, LA. Viola is survived by one son, Fred Taylor of Newport; daughters-in-law, Louise Taylor and Maxine Taylor of Newport and Mary Jo Huff of Del Rio; step-son, Dan Boley (Wanda) of Reidsville, VA.; step-daughters, June Boley Wiand (Paul) of Norfolk, VA, Catherine Boley Mitchell (Larry) of Huddleston, VA.; sister-in-law, Audra Layman of New Orleans, LA; grandchildren, Sharon Taylor Manning (Dexter) of Sevierville, Terry C.
