Alice Telitha Cox Pack, age 87 passed away on October 14, 2017, in Springfield, TN. Alice was born the youngest daughter of Homer Cox and Lillie Belle Finger Cox on February 3, 1930, in Knoxville, TN. She was raised in the Asbury Community in East Knox County, and was of the Christian faith. Alice lived her life with faith, determination, perseverance, and a charming wit. She was extremely proud of her Country, her children, and her grandchildren and she sacrificed much on their behalf. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Homer M. Cox and Lillie Belle Finger Cox, husband Chester R. Pack Sr., siblings Leonard M. Cox, Ruby Cox Potter, Homer (Pinky) Cox, Edna (Zoe) Cox Rowland, Clayton Cox, and Willie Mae (Bill) Cox. Alice is survived by her children Brenda Fox Perry of Knoxville, TN, Cathy Pack Ray (Terry) of Knoxville, TN, Ricky Pack (Melanie) of Oakdale, TN, Randy Pack (Laurie) of Greenbrier, TN, Dennis Pack (Karen) of Knoxville, TN, and Robin Pack of Speedwell, TN, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The family and friends will meet at 9:45 am Wednesday October 18, 2017, at Asbury Cemetery for a 10:00 am graveside service with Dr. Alan Smith officiating.
