He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Bullington, mother Bertha Parker Bullington, brothers Vermont, Walter, and Herman, granddaughter Kelly Bullington. Survivors include his wife Lita Bullington, sons Winfred Bullington of Morristown, Doyle Bullington of Russellville, Jackie Bullington of Bean Station, daughter Mildred Bullington of White Pine, sisters Hannah Miller of Newport, Gracie Payne of Del Rio, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice Care and all many friends for their care and visits. Funeral Service will be 8:00PM Friday, April 24, 2009 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Lonnie Knight officiating. Interment will be held 10:00AM Saturday, April 25, 2009 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00PM Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
